Start Part P as a beginner
There are training courses to coach beginners to make them ready for Part P qualification. These part p courses will guide beginner on all aspects of electrical engineering in relation to house wiring and installations of household appliances. After completion of the course as the beginner gets some idea what Part P is. Then he could go for more advanced training. Afterwards he could participate in 2391 city and guilds course to get training on electrical installation testing as 2391 course teaches that subject. Once these two courses are completed he could go for Part p final course. Any way he will need some practical experience too.
